Rainy run, after yoga

I just finished a 4.759km running that lasted about 0hh:30mm:31ss !

Our yoga instructor, monnoor@monnoor , always encourages us to walk, run and hike barefoot. After a morning yoga, I decided to run in the rain and it was amazing. While running, my friends and I were showering naturally under the rain and exchanging spiritual energy between rain, our body, and the earth.
