Unlike plants, animals and people flee from me; they hate being photographed. It’s clear that it’s because I ruin their space and threaten their sense of safety, even though I’ve never harmed them. I do know I’m rather insistent, because capturing their expressions without getting close is difficult with an 18–55 lens. This is another of my little animal adventures, where once again they refused to pose and ended up running away.
