I knew that soon my yard would bring me a new surprise besides delicious mangoes🥭—some mushrooms🍄‍🟫 with a very edible appearance and its always beautiful leaves🍃. Out of nowhere, during my morning mango gathering and while checking the newly planted peanut plants, I saw this creature🐞🪳, new, never seen before, and—sazz!—I dropped the mangoes, ran to my room in search of the camera, and rushed back praying it hadn’t left. And there it was, one of the few animals I’ve photographed that didn’t seem bothered by it. It even posed (or so I say).
