Una comunidad en medio de esta selva que está en el Pacífico, es increíble se ubica en la República de Colombia, Departamento del Valle del Cauca,en jurisdicción del municipio de Buenaventura. Una escapada para compartir con la comunidad afro de La Sierpe, en Bahía Málaga, para recorrer sus manglares y selva húmeda tropical. Participa en la recolección de piangüa, es como una ostra, una de las prácticas ancestrales de cientos de mujeres del Pacífico colombiano, el molusco es protagonista de variadas preparaciones de la culinaria tradicionaL, La Sierpe es una comunidad muy especial, la gente es muy amable, generosa y servicial. Todas las actividades estuvieron espectaculares, las instalaciones muy acogedoras.La comunidad se ha esforzado EN conservar parte del ecosistema en donde antes hacían explotación maderera. Vale la pena apoyar este tipo de iniciativas que contribuyen al desarrollo sostenible, ellos explica que no tienen energia que solo la utilizand a partir de cierta hora de la noche, y al recorre el lugar te das cuenta que la culturas y juegos de mesa permanese , no estan enfocado en la tecnologia. y siguen protegiendo sus tierras aunque muchos quieren cambiar el lugar, para implementar puntos de encuentro de la policia maritima, aca unas foticos de el lugar.
