DIY- Handmade Paper Earring

Hello everyone @diyhub community it has been a great day ,hope yours was great.
Today, I'll like to share with you all the earrings I created.

The creation of this beautiful handmade earring began with selecting a suitable material.

Here are the materials I used

• Brown colour paper
• Scissors
• Glue
• Earing hooks
• Red colour pen
  

First step

I intentionally chose a brown cardboard paper because of its thickness unlike ordinary paper, the cardboard is stronger and more resistant to wear and tear, making it the best for a long-lasting earring.
The first step was to cut the cardboard into triangular shape. Although the brown colour was attractive,but I needed a more brighting colour

Next Step
To achieve this, I carefully coloured the surface with a red pen. The bright red colour enhanced the beauty of the design and made the earring more appealing.

Next step
After colouring, I folded the triangular piece into two equal parts. This folding process transformed the paper into a beautiful leaf-shaped design.

Next step
I applied glue to the edges to hold the folds firmly in place and ensure the earring maintained its form.

Next step
This was my final stage,i attached the earring hooks securely to the top of the leaf-shaped design. I made sure the hooks were fixed tightly so the earring would be durable and comfortable to wear.

After fixing the earing hooks,my earing was ready.
