A bubu dress for my client.
Hello everyone @needleworkmonday,i am glad to be here again
This season has been a busy one for me because there are alot of work to deliver to customers
But I am really grateful that i could create out time to post.
Lately,i have been working late at night and since there's no electricity i hardly have good pictures or probably bright pictures to post.
But luckily today i have a work that i am really glad to share with you all
Here are the materials i used for the dress
- Ankara fabric
- Plain black fabric
- Scissors
- Measuring tape
The first step i took was to stretch out the fabric
Used the precise measurements for cutting.
I had cut out the front and the back
The black fabric was used to design the front part of the dress
At first my client wanted to used a red colour fabric
But i encouraged her to choosed black colour instead
My reasons were,i wanted to pressed some bottons on the middle part of the dress.
So i knew that black colour fabric would make the
Buttons more pronounced.
The next steps i took was for the sleeves i made a short sleeves for her because i knew that it would be the best for the style.
After doing all the needful, thedress was ready.
THANK YOU.
