Tasty Vegetable Rolls Making Recipe

Good day to all Steemians. Today i am going to share one of my favorite recipe.

Vegetable rolls is a very popular fast food item. This food is available in every fast food stores. But easily we can made this food in our house with some vegetables. This can be a perfect and healthy meal for breakfast. Let's see how we can prepare this.

At first we should know about a little brief info about the recipe.

  • Preparation Time: 1 Hours
  • Cook Time: 30 minutes
  • Ready Time: 1 hours and 30 minutes
  • Yield: 1 Serving Dish
  • Servings: 4-6 Persons
  • Cuisine: Chinese

Now let see the list of the Ingredients:

  • Carrots, (Chopped): 1/2 cup
  • Papaya, (Chopped): 3 cups
  • Vigna Sinensis (chopped): Half cup
  • Chopped Onion: 1 Tablespoon
  • Flour: 1 cup
  • Oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Water: 1 cup
  • Sausages: 1 table spoon
  • Testing Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Round pepper/Black pepper powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt: As taste
    Note: You can add or replace any vegetable as you want. I am just sharing an example.

Steps of the recipe:
Step 1
Put the water, salt, oil in a pot. Now boil it when it start blowing add flour. Make a dough by this mixture and give some small balls. Now take the balls and make some thin rolls bread.

Step 2
Now fry all of the vegetables with oil and salt. After fried well, mix 1 table spoon of floor by mixing quarter cup water with the floor.

Step 3
Put the vegetables on one side of breads and close the mouth of breads. Fry the rolls well and serve it with tomato sauce.
