The Pie
The pie was created in ancient Greece, inspired by a sweet in the shape of a full moon that was offered to Goddess Artemis.
The pies as we know them have different names, fillings, and flavors around the world.
This one is made with green tomatoes, thyme, basil, ricotta cream, and pancs.
