the Dona Canela pudding
Milk pudding as we know it in Brazil (because in other countries the pudding has other different meanings) is of Portuguese origin, was invented by a Portuguese abbot who kept the recipe under wraps and was only revealed after his death...
But this pudding here is only inspired by the real pudding, the Dona Canela pudding is made with coconut milk, agar-agar, vanilla, sugar and takes a fragrant broth of pink pepper.
