Weekly Friday morning Yoga session

Quite a contrast in weather conditions this morning compared to last week. No sunshine hence no brilliant reflections of the units onto the lake, just cloudy sky and but we still enjoyed the free session sponsored by Stocklands

Ants took a liking to me when I was lying on my mat, maybe because of my orange socks, causing me to make some additional non programmed moves but it was surreal observing the cloud movement
