Non Yoga morning

No Yoga this morning as I had a live radio interview commitment on ABC radio regarding making the banner for the Brisbane Lions game on Saturday night and discussion regarding making, polling, raising the banner on field and the number of people required to perform such tasks. The interviewers were the ABC breakfast hosts Craig and Loretta who interviewed me last year the day prior to the Grand Final at Flinders Street Railway Station opposite Federation Square in Melbourne. Hopefully our team can win their Semi-Final match and be 1 game closer to a Grand Final 3 years in a row and I can again meet up with Craig and Loretta at Flinders Street Railway station.

Taking off my Lions cap and replacing with a parkrun cap, I just listened to the parkrun Adventurers podcast episode 433 when I was interviewed recently at Aveley parkrun, Perth discussing my parkrun travels. Continuing in that vein, now I am about to drive 3 hours to Burrum Heads to complete parkrun event 27 there tomorrow to tick off a Golden Wilson number and upon finishing, return home and head to the Gabba to raise the banner. So it’s a busy day and getting busier tomorrow for Lions game and Sunday Bridge to Brisbane
