Korma 😋😋

Greetings

Today I awoke up in the morning and I saw a women is laying besides me .... I afraid that who is she but when I saw her. She was my mother's aunt .... She was a sleeping and I guess she came when I slept.. well then I was being ready for the college then suddenly I remember that my best frnd refused me to go to college... So I didn't go ... Then my friend calls me and she was blaming me that I am not loyal to her.... Then I was just like what I did sister.... Then she remind me that today is her birthday...then I taunt her and said that I was planning a surprise for you.... Then I went to market git a gift for her and went to her home... After coming from there my mother asked me to make korma
.. today was not a good day wrll I made korma and here I am sharing my talent with you all.

Process

I peeled the onion and then cutt the onion slightly.... I drop the oil in a big and opened pot then turn on the flame below it .... Then I started to add the cutt onion in it.... I fried the onion untill it turns into light brown... Let me show you

Then I seperat the onion and add the chicken in the same oil.... I cook the chicken untill it converts into light brown... I hope you can understand by seeing that given picture.

Then I added the tomatoes and the green chilli into the grander and grand that... I also added a little bit water in it

Then I added the paste which I had made into the grander... Let me share this step with you all

Then I added the spices in the curry type structure which I had made.

I bake it untill it leave the oil.... Let me show you

Then I added the yougert in it... I mixed the yougert in a pot first then I add when I feel that now yougert is being like cream let me show you

I granded the almonds and then add the granded almonds in it ... I am sharing this dtepmof my process with you all.
