Crispy cutlass❤️

Greetings

Hopefully you all are doing well. I am going to participate in Hive account@creative-sunday.... in the morning I was being ready for the college but suddenly it started to rain.... and I cancelled my college and went to sleep. I awoke in the evening at 12 o clock... i saw my mother washed all the cloths and also had made breakfast.... then I went to jamia for the prepration of melad.... Pakistan is facing a large trouble ...may Allah save our beloved country.... ameen❤️... well I got an idea and started to find that what is avail in house. I saw some potatoes so I decided to make some cutlass... I make crispy cutlass .. these were too much delicious... bow my mouth is again watering because I am thinking about the taste of the cutlass😭🤣. Here I had shared the final look of my recipy.

        **Final Look**

Material

Potatoes

onion

tomatoes

green chilli

red chilli

Process

First of all I cut out the potatoes into two pieces and boiled them into hot water
When I boiled the potatoes I seperate them from the water and peeled them.off
.. let me show you

Then I mesh the bouled potatoes welly... i mesh them until they mixed welly and become a paste type structure

Then I added the cutt onion . Tomato. Green chili and other spicieries..... let me show you

Then I mixed the welly... i mixed them untill the spicies mixed into the potato's paste . Let me show you what I want to say

I made some circle type structures of this paste
.. i made totall 6 circles ... we called these circles as tikki and in english we says cutlass.. well let me show you

I fried them on a little amount of oil in the low flame. I used a pan to fry the cutlass... i baked them untill the color the upper layers becomes golden brown. Let me. Show you.

After the citlass had baked . I seperat them from the oil on a tissue paper and srve them with ketchup.. let me show you all the fi al look
