My Dinner Team
Enjoying dinner at the Sky Lounge. It is located on the 6th floor.
The place my coworkers and I agreed on as our team dinner place. This place has two options of indoor and outdoor. We chose to eat inside because the sun was still very bright at that time. Team dinners are something we don't do very often considering how difficult it is to organize schedules with different shifts.
It's been a while since we last sat at the same table without talking about work. The grueling workday needs to be punctuated with dinners like this with the team. It provides us an opportunity to improve communication that may have been lacking. It provides a new atmosphere that is monotonous and quite boring. After a lot of work lately, it gave us a new atmosphere to calm down and strengthen our teamwork.
I think we didn't choose the wrong place because the evening view was quite beautiful and calm. It wasn't too noisy so we could share some things.
The food offered is also quite varied and tastes good too. We really enjoyed the food. Discussing things outside of work while enjoying food and scenery is great for building trust with each other as a work team.
Here's my order
It's hard to find a time to meet. Some have other activities after work such as housewives and others. Eating while talking about something other than work is a rare thing for us in the midst of our busy schedules. At the team dinner yesterday, my coworker brought her baby. Those of us who are experienced discussed parenting knowledge, and those of us who are not married and have children also listened to gain knowledge. He's so cute. My friend's baby is very calm and not fussy. It's rare that a baby can stay calm and not be afraid of strangers. It's either good or not really. I don't know.
Short but meaningful. Although the time we spent was not too long, I think activities like this should be done regularly to strengthen the sense of team spirit. Creating a positive and synergized work environment.
This is me and one of my partners taking a picture before we went home. The other one can't be up because of privacy. That's my short story about our dinner team. Thank you for reading.
