Hive Top Chef: Spinach Wrap With Shrimp Salad 🌯
Hi bloggers, how are you? What are you cooking today? Today I'm going to share a recipe for Hive Top Chef! : $5 Budget Meal by @qurator as my entry in this week's contest. The main dish this time is spinach tortillas made from spinach, of course gluten-free, filled with delicious shrimp salad. You can also substitute the shrimp with chicken, eggs, or any protein you like. Alright, let's get started:
Ingredients:
Spinach Tortillas:
- 100 grams of spinach leaves
- 2 eggs
Shrimp Salad:
- 150 grams of shrimp
- 3 lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 onion
- mayonnaise
- tomato sauce/chili sauce
- salt
- black pepper
- lemon juice
Steps:
Spinach Tortillas:
- Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly, then place them into a blender
- Add 2 eggs and a pinch of salt
- Blend until smooth and mixed
Put them to a bowl
Heat a pan and add a little oil/butter, preferably using a non-stick pan
- Pour 1/3 of the batter into the pan
Cook over low heat until the batter does not stick to the pan, then flip it over
Continue until the batter is used up
Shrimp Salad:
- Chop the onion and sauté until fragrant in a pan heated with a little oil.
- Add the cleaned and chopped shrimp to the pan and cook until they change color.
- Add a pinch of salt and black pepper, then cook briefly.
- Chop the lettuce and tomatoes.
- Add them to the mixture of mayonnaise and chili sauce.
- Add the sautéed shrimp and onion.
- Add a little lemon juice and then mix them
Serving:
Put the spinach tortilla and add the shrimp salad on a plate then wrap gently so it doesn't tear. The spinach wrap with shrimp salad is ready to serve. 🌯
