Avocado Egg Toast
Hi bloggers and food lovers. How are you all doing? What are you eating today? Today I want to share a simple and delicious breakfast. Do you guys like avocado or eggs? This toast would be perfect for you. Okay, let's get started.
Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of white bread
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- parsley flakes
- black pepper
- salt
Steps:
Mix margarine, garlic powder, and parsley in a bowl
Stir until well combined
- Spread the mixture onto the bread
- Bake at 200°C or 392°F for 15 minutes
While waiting for the bread to bake, boil the eggs for 10 minutes
Cool and peel the shells
- Peel the avocado and place it on a plate
- Mash the avocado and boiled eggs
- Mix them together and add salt and blackpepper
- Spread on the toasted bread
- Add parsley flakes on top
- Avocado egg toast is ready to eat
