A New Experience Dinner : Eating In A Tent Bar Like In a Korean Drama
Hi hivers, have you guys had dinner yet? Today i want to share my first experience ate in tent bar. Eat on the side of the road, just like in a Korean drama. This place is open every night from 7 pm. There are many Korean restaurants here, but this is the only one that uses tents. It's located on the side of the road and has a small tent. This place is named Masisseo ( Delicious ).
They serve Korean food and Saju drinks. Saju is not soju, it's a fizzy drink with various fruit flavors and no alcohol. As for the food, there is, of course, a menu with various Korean dishes.
I decided to order a milkis, a milk-flavored soft drink with a mixture of fruit flavors. I chose the grape-flavored Milkis. For food, I ordered tteokbokki, buldak, and a cheese rice bowl for my main course and hotteok for dessert.
The atmosphere is quite lively, as this is one of the few tent eateries in our area. Many people are still curious, so the line is always full because the place is not too big. It's an affordable alternative to Korean restaurants.
This was milkis, a milk-flavored soft drink with grape fruit flavor.
The tteokbokki consists of tteok (rice cakes), oden (fish cakes), and sausage in a bright red sauce. It is appealing to the palate, although not the best. The price is quite cheap, though, at 22 thousand rupiah ($1.40).
It's sweet, savory, and spicy with chewy texture.
For the main course, I chose the Buldak Cheese Rice Bowl, which contained rice, an omelet, and spicy fried chicken topped with cheese. It was spicy and savory, but I didn't like the taste. It costs 35 thousand rupiah ($2.20).
I stirred the rice with all the toppings, just like eat bibimbap.
For dessert, I had hotteok, which is made with glutinous rice flour and filled with peanuts and brown sugar. It was sweet and savory with a texture from the peanut filling. It cost 15 thousand rupiah ($1).
Out of all the dishes, I liked the tteokbokki the most. The spicy flavor was okay, and it was savory.
It's quite interesting to eat in a new atmosphere. This Korean-style restaurant has a rare tent bar, which makes for an interesting dining experience. If you want to try a new atmosphere, this dining experience is worth trying once in a while.
That's all for today thank you...
