Reto de calistenia y de cumpleaños || Calisthenics and birthday challenge

Buenas a todos gente de Hive y Hive Calisthenics, en la oportunidad de hoy quiero mostrar un video de mi cumpleaños, haciendo el reto de mascle up, no lo subí antes, porque estaba un poco ocupado, pero ahora tengo una ventana de tiempo libre y no quiero dejar de estar activo en la comunidad.😅

Cumplí 21 años, y tuve que hacer 21 mascle up sin bajarme de la barra. Ahora bien, tengo buen mascle up y lo tengo bastante explosivo, pero no tengo tantos mascle up sin bajarme, así que ya con eso se me complicó todo durante el reto.

Grabamos el video del reto por la noche, porque había llovido y debido a eso se me complicó un poco hacerlo más temprano. A eso le sumamos que la barra estaba húmeda y resbalaba mucho, por eso mismo @Markworkout me ayudo a secar la barra lo más que pudo, pero eso no evito que me resbalara durante mi ejecución, pueden ver en el video tremendo fail.😅

Agradecido a mí amigos que me acompañaron a apoyarme en ese día, el apoyo que me dan simplemente es maravilloso. Son mi segunda familia, todos los chicos de Fortis Workout, con todo y lluvia estuvieron allí para apoyarme. Simplemente amo a este club.🫶

Good to all Hive and Hive Calisthenics people, in today's opportunity I want to show a video of my birthday, doing the mascle up challenge, I didn't upload it before, because I was a bit busy, but now I have a window of free time and I don't want to stop being active in the community.😅

I turned 21, and I had to do 21 mascle up without getting off the bar. Now, I have good mascle up and I have it pretty explosive, but I don't have that many mascle up without getting off, so already with that it made everything complicated for me during the challenge.

We recorded the video of the challenge at night, because it had rained and because of that it was a little complicated to do it earlier in the day. To that we added that the bar was wet and slippery, so @Markworkout helped me to dry the bar as much as he could, but that did not prevent me from slipping during my execution, you can see in the video tremendous fail.

Grateful to my friends who joined me to support me on that day, the support they give me is just wonderful. They are my second family, all the guys from Fortis Workout, with all the rain they were there to support me. I love this club 🫶.
