We’re honored to welcome Steve “Woz” Wozniak (co-founder of Apple) who has just joined MeWe's Advisory Board.
In addition, Divya Narendra (co-founder of Harvard Connection, which was the precursor to Facebook) has joined MeWe's Board of Directors.
Both of these gentlemen are remarkable tech leaders and they join other luminaries such as Sir Tim Berners-Lee (the father of the World Wide Web) who is already on MeWe's Advisory Board.
We are thrilled to have them on board as they help us all improve MeWe and take our awesome global community to the next level.
Here's a direct quote from Woz: "Social media as we know it has decimated our fundamental human right to privacy. MeWe is doing things differently. MeWe relies on full transparency and does not steal people's data for their own profit. We must change the business model in order to create a healthier social media environment and MeWe is leading the way."
