Pica wallet update - May review

From a simple concept to integration and development of end to end testing, this is how far Pica wallet has come.

On our last discussion, we talked about pica wallet going into internal testing of various aspect of it's built app and one of the highlighted word was integration with partner institution and the recent update talks about this which can be read below,

PICA Wallet, In collaboration with the Japan Authpay project, functional iterations have been completed. Development and end-to-end testing have been completed, and the feature has been officially launched in production.

What is Authpay and how is this relevant?

Authpay is a USDC stablecoin payment solution for the Japanese market, designed to align with local CPM payment habits. It supports users in making USDC payments at offline stores in Japan through multiple chains and wallets.

Authpay Phase I: Development and testing have been completed, and the product has been launched in production.

The collaboration between Authpay and Pica wallet is one that won't simply increase the outreach of how stable coin is used for daily pay to pay completion but also increase the awareness of both platform to their respective communities and regions, a win win situation for both if I may say.
