My participation in the vs Friendly
Saludos a todos y todas de Full Deportes, a continuación les compartiré un breve video resumen con referente a una mini competencia realizada en el parque de "Base Aragua" el día miércoles 19/06/2024. Dónde los atletas que se encontrarán cerca del área podría participar de manera gratuita para disfrutar de un momento entre atletas y competir por quien logrará realizar el reto en menor tiempo. Dónde consistía en realizar 15 Dominadas en barra fija y 15 Fondos en barra paralela... En este reto participaron algunos de mis compañeros que se encuentran igualmente aquí en Hive:

@dioskr-swc. El que logrará completar este reto en menor tiempo sería el ganador de unas muñequeras me pareció una buena idea en incentivar a todos en mejorar y progresar además de que algunas mujeres participaron con otro reto dónde quedarían colgadas y la última en caer sería la ganadora, no pude grabarlo porque mi móvil se había descargado... Sin más que agregar les dejo con el video, espero sea de su agrado y disfrútenlo.

Greetings to all and all of Full Deportes, then I will share a brief video summary regarding a mini competition held in the park "Base Aragua" on Wednesday 19/06/2024. Where athletes who will be near the area could participate for free to enjoy a moment between athletes and compete for who will achieve the challenge in less time. Where it consisted of performing 15 Pull-ups on a fixed bar and 15 Pull-ups on a parallel bar... In this challenge participated some of my colleagues who are also here in Hive: @yeral-diaz and @dioskr-swc. Whoever managed to complete this challenge in the shortest time would be the winner of a pair of wristbands. I thought it was a good idea to encourage everyone to improve and progress and some women participated in another challenge where they would hang and the last one to fall would be the winner, I couldn't record it because my mobile had been downloaded...
