Hive OpenMic Week 318 //We Hail The Lamb// cover by @oluthomas

Welcome to my blog fam. I hope you all are having a great day and enjoying the weekend.

For this week, we were given a theme to sing in connection with, and I decided to sing a cover by Pastor Chris Delvan titled We Hail the Lamb, We Hail the Lion.

While thinking of the song to perform, this particular song came strongly into my spirit to minister. Thank God there was light, and immediately I switched on the keyboard and started singing to get the flow and movement, which eventually came together beautifully. And here it is.

Who is the Lamb of God? In simple terms, Jesus is the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world. As the Lamb of God, Jesus carries the attributes of a lamb — peaceful, calm, soft, harmless, pure, meek, and gentle in spirit. These are some of the beautiful attributes of Jesus, and there are many more.

There were many situations while Jesus was on earth that could have made Him overreact, but He was deeply rooted in the Spirit with great discernment. He always knew how to handle every situation. Imagine being treated badly and still asking God to forgive those responsible because they did not know what they were doing. Very few people possess that kind of humility.
