The art of landscaping is centered within the career field known as landscaping design or landscaping architecture. Landscape contracting is the career field which deals with the installations of landscapes.
The principle of landscaping involves simplicity, balance, scale anf proportion, rhythm and line, focalization of interest and unity.

TYPES OF LANDSCAPE
The two types of landscape are natural and man-made(artificial) landscape.
Examples of natural landscape inludes rivers, bays, lakes, oceans, hills, mountains, valleys, cliffs, wilderness areas and the examples of artificial ones are quarries, farms, reservoirs, parks, orchards, plazas, gardens, golf, courses, cemeteries
