I welcome you to my blog and another wonderful edition of the Hive Learner's featured post. It is no new news that our world has really changed; the world that was once known to be a peaceful one has turned into one where peace is now a rare word and a rare gem. Back in the day we could count how many locations, countries or places were unsafe and dangerous zones, and we had abundant safe places, but today the tables have turned and so have the charts; today we live in a world where we have more unsafe places and just a handful of safe places.

We used to have a world that was good for child upbringing, a world where the child was safe and had a higher chance of being safe than of being in danger. Today we have a world where the child has a higher chance of being in danger than actually being safe; the world has gone from being a safe space to a war zone, and today we do not just have to deal with the violence and conflicts; we also have global warming and other environmental and climate problems, which points to making our world quite unsafe for child-rearing. To a point I feel there are places you will be from, and considering the happenings around bringing a child into this world can be considered being selfish and not in any way considering the child's welfare and safety.

I think before we bring forth a child into this world we have to make sure that the child is being brought forth into a world and an environment that actually favours him or her and not one that will limit him and stop his growth or one that will take away the child's childhood or stop the child from enjoying their childhood and force them to grow up even before time. There are countries and places that can stop a child from experiencing or enjoying their childhood; there are places that force a child into becoming a man or a woman even before they get to that age.

There are countries and places where the moment a child is born in these places, the child is forced to sign up for something they are not even prepared for; sometimes they are forced to fight for their own survival and to stay alive, thereby leaving them wishing they were not even born in the first place. Places that make life really hard and really difficult for the child even at their tender age – these types of places don't even care if you are a child or not; they are just places designed to make life very hard and difficult for every human being, whether big or small.

For me, I think every parent or human being knows places that are designed to make life difficult for humans, and if they happen to find themselves in one of those places, then they should have no business bringing a child into this world. Every parent should have their children's best interests at heart, and not bringing them into the world in an environment that makes things difficult for them is another way to prove that you really want your child to succeed and have their best interests at heart.
