My activity this weekend

Talking about the weekend is not only about travel. Exercising is also one way to get rid of boredom after 5 days of activity. One sport that is my hobby is tennis.

Every Saturday, my friends and me play tennis on the court together. Usually we play from 7 am to 12 noon. We come from various places and gather in one field. Players who attend are usually 10 to 15 people. Players from all walks of life and ages gather on this field. We play here, we laugh together.

I play using the Head Radical MP racket with a weight of 295 grams and a Headsize of 630 cm or 98 inches. I have used this racket for 1 year. Previously I had tried a Wilson racket with a weight of 289 and a headsize of 95 Inch. These two rackets are what I always carry with me at every Tennis tournament that I participate in.

In tennis, there are 3 court models used. Hard court, grass court and clay court. We usually play on hard courts, we've never tried to play on grass or clay. On this hard court, we often fall and get injured, both in the knees and even up to the elbows.

At our place, there are already many people who are interested in the sport of Tennis. From school age to 60 years. So because there are so many enthusiasts, many tennis tournaments are held, both at the regional and even national levels.

In addition to making a healthy body, exercising can also make us many friends from various regions.
