Steps to take
Mac and Windows
Users can now upgrade their basic 2.3.0 wallets to latest Zerocoin, upgrading to Windows and Mac wallets is simply downloading the latest zip, deleting the current wallet application and replacing with the newest wallet. Then re-load and allow the wallet to sync.
Linux
Linux wallet will need Nodium.conf renaming to nodium.conf or simply just start the daemon and add all text from the Nodium.conf to nodium.conf when it auto makes
Safety
As with all wallet upgrades, always make sure you do the following:
- Backup wallet.dat file
- Backup masternode conf file
- Keep these safe on a form of storage outside of your normal computer hard drive. A usb is most recommended.
