Hello guys,

I hope you’re having a great weekend so far. Mine is going better than expected. Yesterday my friends and I payed a visit to the Accra zoo. If you’re in Ghana I bet you’re wondering where the Accra zoo is? Myself I didn’t know there was a zoo in Accra until a few days ago.

I remember going to the zoo when I was a kid and that was years ago but I still have memories from then. Can you imagine there was this chimpanzee that we gave a some banana and it threw its own faeces back at us. Man, can you imagine?

Since I am currently staying closer to the place, I decided to go there to enjoy nature and my friends were around so we went together. The zoo is located around the Achimota forest. Upon arrival we were directed to the gate where we payed for our tickets and we were directed to the zoo. It was a 30 minutes walk for the gate and I wasn’t going to walk that distance so we took a taxi there and within no time we had arrived.

We met a lot of people there, families, church congregations and different group of people and individuals coming to down to spend some time at the zoo.

It was a great experience going around to see all these animals and to also enjoy nature. I hope you enjoy this video. Thank you.🙃
