First hive post ever
I just finished a 4.0km running that lasted about 0hh:24mm:0ss !
Trying to get back into running, aiming to get good enough to do a triathlon which I've always wanted to do.
Going to aim to get to at least running 5000m in 30 minutes then go for 10000m!
