Once upon a time, there was a person who, like many others, used to spend hours in front of the television. His name was Jamie, and he was so absorbed in the screen that he lost track of time.

One day, while watching a boring program, he had an epiphany and decided to press the button on the remote control to turn off the television.

In that instant, something changed. Jamie realized there was no reason to stay there watching the hours go by when the outside world was full of opportunities.

He got up from the sofa and went for a walk in the park. The breeze and the sun made him feel alive again. So he started taking short walks every day, gradually incorporating the art of exercise into his life.
