MY SKINCARE ROUTINE 🌊💕

Lagos sun doesn't play😂 If I don’t protect my skin, the harmattan + UV will finish my glow before 12pm. So I built a simple routine that works for my melanin, my pocket, and my busy mornings.

No 10-step Korean routine here. Just 5 steps. 5 minutes. Maximum glow.

Step 1: Vitamin C Serum🍊

First thing after washing my face. 2-3 drops only. Vitamin C is my secret for bright even skin tone. It fights the dark spots that PH heat loves to give us.

Tip: Let it dry 30 seconds before next step

Step 2: Moisturizer💧

Melanin needs moisture! I use a light one that won’t clog pores. Massage upward - we’re lifting, not dragging the skin down 😂

Step 3: Sunscreen - NON NEGOTIABLE🧴

Sis, this is where we differ from "lightening cream" people. Sunscreen protects your real color. No white cast, no ashy look. Just protection. PH sun is wicked.

Step 4: Blend Everything

Fingers = best tool. Blend blend till it sinks in. That’s how you avoid the white cast + get that natural glow.

Step 5: Body Oil🍊

Face is done, body can’t be left. I use Vitamin C body oil for that all-over glow. Small amount goes a long way. Neck, arms, legs... glow up complete.

Result:

No filter. No makeup. Just skin that looks like me on my best day. Healthy > "yellow".
