My Time Capsule VI | When we were younger 🌅

Today a "memories" collection from 7 years ago popped up on my photos app. It was nice to look at this old photos, I felt nostalgic and happy because life went this way.

This was one of my first trips to the beach in basque country. I had only been living here for a few days and I was amazed by everything.

I remember to be filming and taking photos with the first smartphone I ever had, and now I'm pretty surprised of how good the quality of them have aged.

They look a little bit vintage, and that's cute.

I still have that phone (again because of pure nostalgia). It was so small it fitted perfectly in my hand, and also it was already considered old dated for that year, but I was so happy with it because I could use whatsapp and Spotify 🤣. And take photos of course.

My boyfriend and I looked asked out friend to take a picture of us. We looked so young! As grandma would say: "youth, divine treasure" ("juventud, divino tesoro" as she would say it in Spanish).

The nostalgia I feel this time is not a sad one like others. One often feels that the old days were better, but I know I was feeling miserable a lot of times by those days. I was alternative sad and happy, just like in this time of my life 🤣 there's is always something we wish it was better. But I regret nothing, and I'm grateful for being here today remembering the past with tenderness.
