Coffee plant [Eng/Esp]

I would say that there are certain times when we are unable to fully grasp the vast array of things around us, their growth, and their development; for example, coffee. I’m not a coffee lover, but I found it fascinating to observe coffee plants with their berries, and that’s what I want to share with you today.

Diría que hay ciertas ocasiones donde no somos capaces de concebir la gran cantidad de cosas a nuestro alrededor, su crecimiento y su proceso; por ejemplo, el café. Yo no soy amante del café, pero se me hizo muy interesante observar plantas de café con sus frutos y es lo que quiero compartirles el día de hoy.

The way things unfold, the transformation of a fruit into something else,is something that never ceases to amaze me, because it took so many years for this to happen, and sometimes I think we forget just how far we’ve come, and it’s nice to reflect on that, too.

El proceso de las cosas, la transformación de un fruto con el fin de ser otra cosa, es algo que nunca deja de sorprender, porque fueron tantos los años para que esto pudiese suceder y a veces creo que se nos olvida lo tanto que hemos avanzado y es lindo pensar en ello también.

When developing these photos, I tried to bring out the warmer colors a bit more so that everything wouldn’t look so green, which, even though it’s a nice color, isn’t one of my favorites in photos; that’s why I think it’s good to strike a balance with warmer colors.

Para el revelado de estas fotografías, intenté que fuesen más visibles los colores un poco más cálidos para que no todo se viese tan verde, que, a pesar de ser un lindo color, en las fotografías no es de mis favoritos; por eso me parece que es bueno tener un equilibrio con colores más cálidos.
