Myay Pon Monastery
This morning my friend called me and said, "You can come with me this afternoon, I have something to do". I said, "Okay." He came to me at about 1 PM and we went together. We talked in the car and I found out that we were going to Myay Pon Monastery. Halfway through, we bought some Lychee fruit from a roadside fruit stand.
It was my first time to visit Myay Pon Monastery. We drove for about 45 minutes to reach Myay Pon Monastery. Myay Pon Monastery is located in a remote and peaceful village. I saw some very big trees inside the monastery and wondered how old they were. How many years did it take for them to grow to be so big? My friend came to pray at this Monastery. My friend believes that praying at the shrine in Myay Pon Monastery will fulfill your prayers. So I prayed for my mother's health.
