Road Poetry - The Land
The Land
And the land lays before you
with open arms
cut and plundered by the man
Blue skies between dark green
birds calling
a metal beast growls from afar
Some cold, some wild, some solitude
just glimpses
before the hand finds you again
This is not my home, nor does it need me
just a dream
i'm dark with not a hint of green
