I've never had a plan to build a huge fan community, make subscription plans and sell art to my followers like that. I'm a small artist and for almost 10 years I work with pretty much same clients every month. The only thing I really wanted (from my social profiles) was to be visible for them. Because every commission I've got was a result of someone saw my stuff online.

But looks like it's a problem now! My Instagram is not officially blocked but even my friends barely see my posts now. Even if everything was rigged to be so. I'd understand it if I were posting some NSFW or gore (or even worse), but I'm not. I animate my doodles and everything is so "family friendly" that at one moment I thought it's just boring and this is the real reason why I've got almost zero activity.

I'm going to post +/- similar art on different platforms and gather statistics about how things are working now. Because I'm not going to stop and the "be visible" plan part is still there.
