Interesting Street Art...

This sticker was located in Borough, south-east London and shows an underwater critter wearing glasses and a turtle neck sweater, I really like the underwater effect in the background which adds to the overall design, not sure of the artist as the sticker is not signed like many of the stickers i've come across lately.
