Interesting Street Art...
This sticker was located in Elephant & Castle near to Lambeth North tube station, the sticker itself may well be hand drawn though it is a bit hard to tell, the words "Oh no!!" can be seen here which may be the name of the artist or just part of the design, the filling and the border really make the design pop so to speak.
