Shadows of Wonder at Avicenna’s Monument

It is fascinating to witness the beauty of young minds discovering the greatness of history. As one walks up to a monument that was built in honor of the most brilliant of all thinkers, philosophers, and physicians of the world, Avicenna (Ibn Sina), time itself seems to stand still.

With the sun slowly setting into the horizon, the sky is filled with the beautiful colors of sunset as the slender and tall spires of the tomb tower majestically into the sky.
