Change is necessary, adaptation is paramount,
for love in life leaves wounds that must be healed.
As time goes by, you can love again,
searching for those dear lips you long to kiss.
For love one changes, a noble and beautiful motive,
For there are those who for love give up their being without hesitation.
What greater proof of love than to change oneself thoroughly?
To change completely, without altering the essence.
Feelings are transformed in the pursuit of improvement,
giving one's whole soul, just to love!
To be like the star that never stops shining,
to love in such a way that nothing can extinguish it.
