A real estate agent on a recent transaction found a way to turn $1 into potentially 40,000 thank yous! She included a Jumbo Lottery ticket as a thank you gift. I know it only cost her a dollar for the ticket, but it has a much higher perceived value. Simple, cheap and effective marketing. Now to scratch and see if I am a $40,000 winnner...
