Harassment of any kind is undermining the person in question. Nobody wants to be harassed, it is shameful. It makes you feel ashamed and shy. The worst part is that the event might not leave your memory for a long time, images will keep flashing through your mind from time to time.
As much as we do not want to be harassed, we should not harass others too. I think the most common harassment is sexual harassment, the other forms are not given much attention but they can do a lot too. Take the example of bullying, it takes toll on a person even till he grows up, if he is not mentally stable, it can distabilize his future and ruin his life.
