GOOGLE LOCKING SECONDHAND DEVICES!

So you get a older second hand Galaxy S3 for a specific purpose and can't even use it. WhY? Because the user hasn't logged into a Google account in a over a year and Google plays white knight. It's like Google owns the entire device. Though the device isn't locked to a particular biological identity. That time is right around the corner. I can definitely see a day where second hand use isn't permitted for products. Seems like a similar issue with right to repair. Instead make it right to give. There is a tool online that adversities it's ability to bypass this Google lock called 4uKey for Android. Didn't have to use it because I had access to the users info but if you didn't 4uKey is one of the options. This is based on advertisement, I've yet to test the legitimacy of this claim.
