Nighttime Relief/Desahogo Nocturno
Esos pensamientos nocturnos que no te dejan dormir, te pones analizar si lo que estas haciendo esta bien o mal, no se si estoy bien o estoy mal o solo estoy pasando una mala racha sin embargo se que no soy la única hay personas que incluso están en peor situación que yo, es por eso que aunque me sienta mal debo entender que solo son circunstancias que no duran incluso delante de los demás se ven pequeñas, trabajo en un hospital y puedo notar como mis problemas se minimizan delante de otros, entonces sigo sin entender porque permito que me desamine tanto un problema, siempre digo todo tiene solución pero algunas ocasiones me cuesta ponerlo en practica.
Those nighttime thoughts that keep you awake, you start analyzing whether what you're doing is right or wrong, I don't know if I'm right or wrong or if I'm just going through a rough patch, but I know I'm not the only one, there are people who are even worse off than me, That's why, even though I feel bad, I have to understand that these are just circumstances that won't last. Even in front of others, they seem small. I work in a hospital, and I can see how my problems are minimized in front of others, so I still don't understand why I let a problem get me down so much. I always say that everything has a solution, but sometimes I find it hard to put that into practice.
Estos momentos nocturnos porque doblegaran tan fácil tu mente es algo que no entiendo, te hacen sentir tan vulnerable que no entiendes nisiquiera tus sentimientos, solo sabes que debes luchar contra ellos, no dejarte vencer es lo mas importante, puede llorar deprimirte o lo que quieras ya que en esos momentos de soledad es donde puedes desahogarte sin ser juzgada, todos tenemos tiempos difíciles y bajones de energía pero no son para siempre así que luchemos por salir adelante.
I don't understand why these moments at night can so easily overwhelm your mind. They make you feel so vulnerable that you don't even understand your own feelings. You just know that you have to fight against them. The most important thing is not to let yourself be defeated. You can cry, feel depressed, or whatever you want, because those moments of solitude are when you can let it all out without being judged. We all have difficult times and energy slumps, but they don't last forever, so let's fight to move forward.
