Listo Amigos Oficialmente El Flayer Del Evento Está Listo (Esp/Ing) #Hive14Challenge
The flyer for the new battle event has been officially launched. As I mentioned yesterday, these freestyle battles are designed to bring young people together. This allows us to capture their attention and gather several young people at the same time, where, in addition to competing, they are given information about #hive and shown that they can post about what they are passionate about and many other things, the different opportunities that exist within the blockchain, and that they can also monetize. We tell them right away that some posts will get good votes and others won't. We do this to be as honest as possible and so they don't go in with the idea that they'll get votes just for posting anything.
Oficialmente se ha lanzado el flayer para el nuevo evento de batallas como les comenté ayer estas batallas de freestyle se hacen para reunir a los jóvenes esto nos permite captar su atención y reunir varios chicos al mismo tiempo dónde además de competir se les da información de #hive se les demuestra que ahí pueden hacer publicaciones sobre lo que les apasiona y muchas cosas más, las diferentes oportunidades que hay dentro de la blockchain y que además de eso pueden monetizar. De una vez se les dice que pueden tener votaciones buenas como en otras no serán votadas, esto lo hacemos para ser lo más sinceros posibles y ellos no entren con la sola idea de que por publicar cualquier cosa conseguirán votos.
We all know that users who join #hive with the sole intention of monetizing don't last long, which is why it's better to give them the full explanation, no matter how tedious it may be. However, thanks to this idea we are using, the project has been well received. It is even allowing us to work with leagues in Spain and Mexico that are quite well known and want to expand. In Venezuela, there are few established leagues and many young people who are rappers and do not have a league to represent them or that are consistent in battles.
Todos sabemos que los usuarios que entran a #hive con solo la idea de monetizar no duran mucho es por eso que es mejor darle la explicación completa no importa que se vuelva tediosa, sin embargo, gracias a esta idea que estamos utilizando se haa logrado buena aceptación este proyecto nos está permitiendo incluso trabajar con ligas de España y México y ligas que son bastante reconocidas, que quieren expandirse y ya que en Venezuela son pocas las ligas que están solidificadas y muchos los jóvenes que son raperos y no tienen una liga que los represente o que sean constantes en las batallas.

All of this takes time, as we have to arrange transportation and refreshments for the judges, and the person who acts as host is ill and will not be able to support us at this event. This puts us in a bit of a bind, although we understand the situation since the host strains his voice a lot and it would be illogical to ask him to work when he has a bad cold. We are already looking for another host, and in the meantime, we are continuing with the other preparations. So, Hivers, we'll see you on the 19th. Igual ya se está en busca de otro host y mientras eso pasa seguimos con los demás preparativos, y ya saben amigos hivers nos vemos este 19, si te gusta el Freestyle estás cordialmente invitado a participar y si no quieres participar también puedes ir a observar y pasar un rato diferentes con nosotros.
