Hey Splinterfriends and family!Its me masterzarlyn28, Here is another entry for Splinterlands Fan Art Challenge! New week, new contest, new artwork for the Splinterlands Art Challenge, and the character I chose to draw for the contest is Twisted Jester.

If you’ve been playing Splinterlands for a long time or love playing in Wild Ranked battles, I’m sure you know this character.

It is a rare ranged attack unit with the snipe ability under the death element.

The Reference

Step by step Process

First, I drew a rough sketch of the character and gradually added details to make it resemble the character I was drawing.

I darkened the parts with shadows using black because that’s my drawing style.

Once I completed the outline, I blackened the entire background, i am planning to put something there at the end of my artwork.

I started adding colors to the parts of the character,

and once everything was colored, I added another layer of colors that were similar in tone to the main colors I used.

I only used two colors for highlights and shadows.

When I finished coloring, I decided to add a yellow light effect to the character.

For the background, I added multiple splat effect and set that layer to difference. I also changed each color of the splat to make it look artistic.
