The Deer Horn and its peculiarity

Upon seeing this plant, I couldn't resist admiring it; it's called Deer Antler. Perhaps it has another name in another country that I'm unaware of. It's originally found attached to trees, although you can also see it in pots adorning homes. The shape of the leaf resembles deer antlers, and brownish shells protrude from it, giving it a distinctive appearance.
