喝茶
晚上开个小茶壶，自己整一炮大红袍喝，
喝过好多的茶，感觉喝到最后还是大红袍比较靠谱些。
可能是因为年龄大了，喝茶的口味也变了很多 。
以前喜欢喝浓茶，那味道带劲啊。
比如说铁观音，春茶，那个味道清香韵浓，不过刚开始喝茶的人最好不要选择它。
不然会给你个终身难忘。
因为喝了这茶之后，很容易肚子饿。不用半小时肯定要拿点什么零食来吃。
喝久了就没关系了。
有一定的免疫能力。再喝也不怕。
