#hasil2020 :: Progress Update - May 2020

hasil2020May.jpg

It is the end of May now and time to review my progress so far with my goals set for this year as part of the #hasil2020 challenge hosted by davidke20@davidke20 and victoria-bella@victoria-bella.

Here is a recap of my targets for 2020 from my earlier post and my current progress:

Earning targets

1: Initial target: To reach 2000 SP by end of November 2020
Status: Achieved
End of Mar 2020: my SP is 2015 and HP is 2017 including delegated SPs and HPs.
End of Apr 2020: my SP is 2066 and HP is 2273 including delegated SPs and HPs.
End of May 2020: my SP is 2113 and HP is 2368 including delegated SPs and HPs.

My updated target:
To reach 2500 HP by November 2020
I am on my way to 2500 HP! Once I reach it, I will set a new target.

2: Post at least once everyday
Status: Achieved
I posted everyday, much thanks to Actifit. I always feel that it is a waste not to post when I have achieved 5K steps and above.

Health-for-well-being targets

3: Workout at minimum 2 times a week, 30 minutes each time >> whether on land or in water.
Status: Missed
I am achieving this through my house chores of sweeping and mopping plus laundry and scrubbing. It is different but it will do for now.

4: Achieve 50K steps every week
Status: Achieved
My weekly step counts in the month of May has been above 50K.

Apr 27-May 3: 60,704
May 4-10: 66,936
May 11-17: 73,400
May 18-24: 80,201

5: Less junkfood
Status: Partially achieved
I started going out in May and we bought some food from outside due to time constraints to cook, which included a burger and some fries :D but just for 2 days.

Hobbies-for-the-soul targets

6: Needlework
Status: Achieved
I continuously share my projects in the NeedleWorkMonday community on Mondays specifically. This month it was mostly hand sewing and embroidery projects.

7: Music - To learn to play the keyboard this year - at the very least, to learn to play 1 song.
Status: Missed
For both music and art, I have not been able to work on them as I was challenged with some events at home.

8: Art - To get back to my amateur drawing and colouring this year - I am setting myself a target of 1 artwork per half yearly.
Status: Missed
It has to happen in June for art!

9: Baking - I set myself 1 baking every half yearly.
Status: Achieved
I have achieved this target in March and April. I have not baked in May but am looking forward to it in June.

Conclusion
In May, I achieved 4-5 goals. I am close to the end of first half of the year and I need to seriously look into the music and art goals.

There is power in writing things down.

I am grateful for this challenge because for the first time, I am in touch with my goals for the year and am motivated to move myself to work towards my goals. Thank you davideke20@davideke20 and victoria-bella@victoria-bella!
