Reflect
We need this. A few minutes a day, to reflect on the things that we do yesterday and what we should do today, to reflect on the things that worked and what didn’t, reflecting on what we should do about it. Just a few minutes is all we need.
If we don’t have the time, we make time. Wake up a few minutes earlier, eat a few minutes faster, cook faster, chop faster. I tell myself that everyday but not always successful.
