Sushi Date night with my wife
Good morning, my wonderful friends here. Once in a while, I go to eat sushi with my wife.
How has your week been? It is the weekend again.

This is my favourite restaurant here to eat in Miri when there is a bonanza. The one dish I would definitely go for is the fresh Salmon Ngiri. This is one of the most expensive dishes here at the normal price.
A DINNER DATE at Sushi King
The best thing that I love to do usually is to eat dinner with my wife.
I always wanted to prepare this at home by buying fresh salmon, but one of the things I am concerned is that should I really do that. In the meantime, I am going to leave this to the chef.
There is a conveyor in the middle of the restaurant where you can get all the fresh sushi from the kitchen.
The most dangerous seat in the house
The seat that is next to the conveyor, but I guess the whole place is next to the conveyor belt. So, when you keep seeing the sushi moving around, you tend to grab and eat more than what should be eaten.
Aburi salmon belly sushi
This slice of sashimi still has some skin on it.
Soft Shell Crab
Fried Soft Shell Crab fried in the tempura style.
This is not an easy dish to make because the frying of the veggies and soft shell crab takes a bit of time and skill to do.
Torched Salmon (Aburi Salmon) Sushi Roll
This dish is cooked smoked salmon that is slightly grilled, then finished with sweet unagi sauce.
Fresh Sashimi
This dish is just enough for two. The slices of sashimi melt into the mouth as we eat it with wasabi.
Matcha Mochi ball
The middle part is Matcha Ice Cream. Superbly delicious mochi.
Chuka Idako Sushi
The Octopus sushi.
